Peter has deep experience in relation to Board reporting, business strategy, financial forecasting, performance analytics, financial reporting, income tax planning and compliance, enterprise risk management, acquisitions, financings and operational finance. Peter has worked in a variety of sectors, including financial institutions, high technology, bio-technology, cannabis distribution, power distribution, packaging, manufacturing and telecommunications. Peter has a strong commitment to ongoing, lifelong learning and sharing his knowledge with others.

Deborah owned and operated a Toronto based Event Marketing and Management Consulting Company for over 30 years. Deborah A. Bellamie has earned an excellent reputation in project management and systems thinking leadership; in addition to successfully implementing customer relationship management and organizational protocols to a wide range of businesses including Fortune 500 firms and boutique private operations.
The diversity of her consultancy experience has given Deborah the unique ability to act as the point person collaboratively for clients at critical stages of their growth and development, with a more recent focus in her passion with startup companies.
